WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?
There isn’t parking on-site, but metered, street parking is sometimes available. Beware of the side streets – many of them are permit parking only. Best to use Apps like: SpotHero or ParkWhiz for longer term parking so that you’re not having to constantly monitor/pay for the meter. LOTS of public transportation options right there!
ARE DOGS WELCOME?
Yes – dogs are allowed! We do charge a $75 fee for your furry friend.
DO YOU HAVE AN ELEVATOR?
Our building is from the late 1800’s and just like the olden days, we don’t have an elevator. But it has lots of vintage, walk-up charm!
HOW SOUND PROOF ARE THE ROOMS?
The windows are all brand new so the noise is usually pretty quiet. BUT, you are in the middle of the city so there will be the occasional horn honking, people talking, etc.. We’ve got ear plugs for you!
DO YOU HAVE LUGGAGE STORAGE?
Yes, we have a locked closet for you to store a small amount of luggage.

DO YOU ALLOW WHOLE HOUSE/GROUP BOOKINGS?
Yes – you’ll love taking over all 14 suites at the hotel! It’s the ultimate spot to host any kind of group get away: family reunion, corporate retreat, wedding party refuge (the coach house serves as an especially lovely ‘getting ready’ room), friends gathering – the list goes on! The neighborhood is amazing, has a great vibe and is close to everything (Wrigley Field, The Lincoln Park Zoo, Lake Michigan, etc.)!

WHAT’S THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Free cancellation until 7 days prior to check-in. 7 days before check-in, the reservation becomes non-refundable.

Yes! Each suite comes with an in-unit washer/dryer!
