Located near the corner of Clark + Wrightwood in a landmark building from the late 1800’s, guests are immersed with locals in one of Chicago’s most desirable neighborhoods.
The building’s history set the tone for the renovation inspiration: intertwining old and new. The original banister and staircase boldly greet guests channeling the walk-up charm. Rebel House Design – known to surprise, delight and inspire – is the creative force behind the interiors. Pops of color, clean lines and modern accents gracefully merge with thoughtfully preserved vintage details.
The short answer is no. However, we’re all about making our hotels feel like an extension of your home. While we don’t have an in-person team to greet you, we hope our guests feel the warmth and gratitude!
We will also send out an email prior to arrival that’s full of instructions/info. And we’re always a call or email away in case a detail was missed.

There isn’t parking on-site, but metered, street parking is sometimes available. Download the PARK CHICAGO app to easily pay the meter. Beware of the side streets – many of them are permit parking only.
Best to use Apps like: SpotHero or ParkWhiz for longer term parking so that you’re not having to constantly monitor/pay for the meter. There are LOTS of public transportation options right there (bus, train, Divvy bike)!
Yes — The Neighborhood Hotel Lincoln Park is dog friendly. All suites welcome dogs with a $75 pet fee. Dogs only, no other animals.
Our building is from the late 1800’s and just like the olden days, we don’t have an elevator. Lots of vintage, walk-up charm!

The windows are all brand new, so the noise is usually pretty quiet — BUT, you are in the middle of the city so there will be occasional horn honking, people talking, etc.

The Lincoln Park Zoo is less than a 15 minute walk from the front door — it’s practically your backyard. Free admission year-round makes it an easy morning or afternoon activity whether you’re traveling with kids or just looking for a peaceful outdoor escape.
Wrigley Field is about 1.5 miles north — a short Uber, Divvy bike ride, or a 25 minute walk along Clark Street. We’re a popular home base for Cubs games and concerts at Wrigley. Our spacious suites give you plenty of room to pregame and unwind after the game.
The lakefront and Lake Michigan beaches are about a 15 minute walk east from the hotel. The lakefront trail runs right along the water — great for running, biking, or just taking in the view. Montrose Beach and North Avenue Beach are both easily accessible.
