With two Neighborhood Hotels in Southwest Michigan (minutes away from each other), guests are able to choose the location that’s best suited to the group’s needs. If your crew is on the larger side, takeover both hotels!

The New Buffalo Hotel is in the heart of bustling, downtown New Buffalo while The Grand Beach Hotel is situated in nature, just a few minutes from town. Both locations are a short walk to the beach.

Ideal Accommodations

The Grand Beach Hotel offers 14 suites ranging from 1-3 bedrooms, each complete with a full kitchen and living area.

The New Buffalo Hotel features 9 studio suites with king or queen bed options while some suites include bunks or daybeds for added sleep space. 

Spaces to Gather

Each location has plenty of indoor and outdoor space for team meetings, breakout sessions, games and meals! Both hotels have grills, fire pits, lawn space, a communal kitchen and living room while Grand Beach also features a pool and bar/game room.

Let’s not forget the nearby beach at each location, ideal for a group sunrise/sunset, meditation session or an ultimate frisbee match!

What Are People Saying?

The grounds are so beautiful and the hotel is super cozy — it truly felt like our home for the weekend! Having everyone stay under the same roof really kept everyone close and connected throughout their stay. The surrounding areas – all of the trees, and the short walk to the lake – gave people a chance to roam and enjoy nature together.

The common area was so spacious and comfortable. Our group fit well in the space and it was incredibly easy to rearrange furniture in order to accommodate the different workshops, activities and meal times. The hanging chairs in the common area were loved by our clients, and proved to be a favorite spot for journaling and sipping hot tea. Having a kitchen in the common space with a large counter was extremely helpful for prepping and serving meals as well!

Our buildings have stories ingrained in the walls (in a non-creepy way) - stories that are meant to be told and shared. The Neighborhood Little Italy was formerly the National Italian American Sports Hall of Fame which honored the greatest Italian-American athletes, broadcasters, and sports workers to benefit athletics in the United States. Once again, we've fallen for a space outfitted with cool history + architecture. Grateful to all of the hard workers and supporters who are turning another NEIGHBORHOOD HOTEL vision/dream into reality!
